Office Policy: Guests should call (615) 321-0922 upon arrival. Each guest may bring one caregiver to the seat, but the caregiver must return to their vehicle before dental therapy begins. We ensure compliance with office policies and HIPAA laws.

Holiday Schedule: We will be closed during the holiday weeks of January 1st, Juneteenth, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, as well as on Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Weather Policy: If Nashville Davidson County schools are closed due to weather, our office will likely be closed for the safety of our guests and staff.

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy: Please give us 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Missing an appointment without notice will result in a $75 fee, which cannot be billed to insurance and is your responsibility. Future appointments cannot be scheduled, nor can records be transferred, until this fee is paid. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, it will also be considered a missed appointment, and the $75 fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
